Sponsorship Deadline: To guarantee all sponsorship benefits, completed sponsorship forms and payment must be received by September 10, 2026.
Payment: Our preferred method of payment is check.
Availability: Before submitting payment for a Teacher Appreciation, Title, or Activity Sponsorship, please contact a PTO Board member to confirm availability, as these opportunities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late Submissions: Sponsorships received after the deadline may be accepted based on availability; however, some benefits may be reduced or unavailable due to printing and production deadlines.
Logo Requirements: Please submit all logos and artwork in JPG or PNG format.
Approval: New Waverly PTO reserves the right to decline any sponsorship that does not align with our mission and values.
